Privacy notice
This notice explains what Prospects Group does with the details you give us through this site. We have kept it short and in plain words.
What we collect
When you send our contact form, we receive your first and last name, your work email, your company, your company website, your job title and anything you write in the message box. If you write to us directly, we receive your message and the details in it.
Why we collect it
We use these details for one thing: to answer your request. That means reading what you sent, preparing your buyer map if you asked for one, and replying to set up a conversation. We do not add you to any list and we do not use your details for anything you did not ask for.
How long we keep it
We keep your details while your request is open. Once it is closed, we hold them for up to 12 months in case you come back to us, then we delete them.
Who sees it
Only the people at Prospects Group who handle your request. We never sell your details, rent them or trade them with anyone.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking. The only outside service it uses is a font library that supplies the typefaces you see on the page.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to show you what we hold about you, to correct it or to delete it. Write to the address below, or send the request through our contact form. If you reply "stop" to any message from us, we will not contact you again.
